On display at the Fire Fighters Museum in Hudson New York. Resolved Waldron's first job after arriving Manhattan from Holland was as a Night Watchman. When twisted around the "Rattle" made a loud clicking sound to alert citizens of New Amsterdam of fire or other troubles. The Rattle Watch dates back to the year 1658.
